The Story
Founded back in 2019, Fluff Club is a brand that first specialized in souffle pancakes, hence the fitting fluff in its name. However, due to the schedule restraints, its owners had to give the business a break. That is, until pandemic came.
Because of the lockdown, they were back in the kitchen cooking and experimenting on comfort food that they wanted to eat but can’t because of the quarantine restrictions. Enjoying the end-product more than they anticipated, they decided to bring back Fluff Club.
Specialty
Fluff Club is really about good comfort food. Their current specialty is their Samgyupsal Bake trays. It’s like an express version of our much-missed samgyupsal with an added twist. Their Woosamgyupsal Bake is made with USDA Beef and is topped with their signature cheese mix. A tray is simply perfect for those who miss that cheese dip for their samgyup!
