The Story
Katrina Ong started planning for Tuesday Bake early this year. At first, it was simply a passion project where she can channel her creativity while revisiting her love for baking. But with all the positive feedback and with much encouragement from her parents, she decided it was viable enough to be her full-time job.
“Initially, I was a bit apprehensive about launching my business during the lockdown because of the whole COVID situation and was willing to wait till the end of the lockdown,” shares Katrina Ong. “But I knew that Tuesday Bake would allow me to further pursue my passion for food and give me a platform to give back in my own way, such as being able to occasionally give the delivery drivers some merienda.”
Specialty:
Tuesday Bake specializes in fresh artisanal bread, with zero preservatives. Having her family members as taste testers, they would be more inclined towards the soft Asian style breads, hence she created the Hokkaido Milk Rolls which are available in Original and Cheese variants.
Committed to being a “good sourdough starter parent”, Katrina Ong also took the opportunity of having a sourdough item on the menu, and this birthed Tuesday Bake’s bestselling Sourdough Focaccia.
Another must-try item is the Bombolonis. Dive into these fluffy donuts filled with a heavenly combination of cashew praline and decadent custard. Tuesday Bake also introduces its latest product on the menu– the Brioche Cinnamon Rolls with Vanilla Bean Cream Cheese Frosting. That tempting name really speaks for itself.

Tuesday Bake has a Baking Schedule posted on their Instagram. This is regularly updated and can be found in their highlights.
To order, fill out this Order Form, and they will reach out to you with the payment details via Instagram or Viber. They accept online payments via BDO. Tuesday Bake is based in Quezon City, and they offer pick up and delivery services through Grab or Mr. Speedy.
