The Story
Alyanna Salvador has always been a baker by heart. In high school, she started selling cupcakes, and then she sold cookies in college before the school’s hectic schedule prompted her to give the business a break.
December last year, Alyanna baked Hot Cocoa cookies for her friends. With her baking again and receiving great feedback, Alyanna was back to her passion and this time, it was more of a stress-reliever for her as she continues to study in medical school. Alyanna then started taking orders, leading to the creation of her own brand, Baked by Alyanna.
Specialty
When there were classes, Baked by Alyanna offered Chocolate Chip Cookies and Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies. Right now, Alyanna focuses on selling the quarantine-famous Ube Cheese Pandesal, and her other products.
Alyanna’s Ube Cheese Pandesal is made from their homemade Ube Halaya, a recipe from her grandmother. And besides the classic take that swept the internet, Baked by Alyannais also offering a version with cream cheese filling.
Baked by Alyanna also offers moist and delicious Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins as well as Belgian Chocolate Cake— a dream for sweet-toothed folks.

For orders, you may contact Baked by Alyanna through Instagram and Facebook or through SMS and Viber at 09162336215. Currently, there is no fixed baking schedules due but they still accommodate orders and schedule them accordingly.
They are located at Doña Rosario Bayview Subdivision Sucat, Muntinlupa City. Payments are done via BPI transfer or Gcash.
