The Story
Chef Patrick Go, is best known for his Korean cooking available at Gochugang in The Grid, Rockwell; an ideal spot for people craving for some savory K-BBQ or a hearty bowl of bibimbap. Since the lockdown, Chef Go has used his spare time at home to work on a personal project, This Kimchi, offering guilt-free kimchi for vegans and vegetarians.
Specialty
Chef Patrick Go’s specialty is Asian cuisine, specifically Chinese and Korean cuisine. Knowing that there is a market for vegan diners, he curated a kimchi lineup without the common seafood components such as salted shrimp and fish sauce.
Chef Go currently offers five variants of his vegan product: the Classic Spicy Kimchi, White Kimchi, Cucumber Kimchi , Radish Kimchi, and Bok Choy Kimchi.
