Bad Lieutenant: Port of Call New Orleans

A newly promoted police officer scours the stricken city of New Orleans to investigate the killing of five Senegalese immigrants. But even as this lieutenant throws himself into dangerous situations, it turns out that his own dirty habits may be the biggest danger of all.
