Lockdown has been difficult the more the days go by but it has also given me the opportunity to cultivate my skills. I started a new IGTV series on my page calledĀ #HangryManagementWithAryannaĀ wherein I share quick, easy, and yummy meals that satisfy your hanger. The recipes I share are made with easy-to-find ingredients and can be made by anyone regardless of their cooking skill level. The way I find normalcy during these trying times are by cooking or baking and hopefully encourage people to stay positive and keep moving forward!

It’s frustrating being stuck at home and not getting to physically interact with other people that aren’t my brother. But I understand how this lockdown is necessary, not just for my personal health but to everyone. Bright side though is I actually saved some money. It’s kind of embarrassing that all I ever really do is go out and spend on food and drinks. I miss the NBA though.

This pandemic has given me the opportunity to pause and reflect. To reassess my work and how to pivot and find opportunities to grow given my current situation. Being positive is very important. If you think positive you can somehow control your narrative. Do not lose hope, be kind, and empathetic. Help whoever you can, no matter how small. Remember that collectively these things matter.
