Just like the 2013 film it is based on, the show tackles class warfare, social injustice, and politics. It stars Jennifer Connelly and Daveed Diggs.

The Half of It follows shy, straight-A student Ellie who's hired by the sweet but inarticulate jock named Paul so she could help him win over the popular girl he likes. Their friendship then gets complicated when Ellie realizes she also has feelings for the same girl. The film is directed by Alice Wu and stars Leah Lewis.
Dead To Me, Season 2
