Alyx Ayn Arumpac’s documentary film Aswang was available for free streaming on Vimeo last weekend. The film follows chronicles the stories of the people have been victims of the still ongoing “war on drugs”. Just a few hours after it started streaming, Filipinos went on to social media to express their thoughts from the film, about how it was quite possibly the scariest one they’ve seen.

Japan Sinks 2020
Netflix anime series Japan Sinks 2020 started streaming on Netflix last week, and it’s instantly been discussed online especially because of how it hits close to what’s happening right now. The series is based on a novel by Sakyo Komatsu, centering on a family who must strive to survive as the Japanese archipelago sinks after a series of earthquakes. Stream it here.

Was It Love?
