POP with Prince Albert Rotisserie
About the Event
Pop, the up and coming event and restaurant venue is excited to bring back one of the legacies in dining. Heating up the food scene as it gathers the gracious chef and crew of Prince Albert Rotisserie for a weekend of nostalgia and culinary masterpiece at BCG.
Our tables are set from 11am to 2pm and 6pm to 11pm on July 23 and 24.
Pan-fried duck liver on a bed of mixed green salad with raspberry vinegar dressing,
Forest mushroom soup.
Roasted US Angus prime rib (250g) with special seasonal vegetables, Yorkshire pudding, and baked potato served with red wine jus or,
Pan-fried Chilean sea bass with crust potato with leak and truffle sauce.
Mango crepe samurai.
Selling price is at P3,150 ++ per person.
