WATCH: ‘First Love’ Series Based on Hikaru Utada’s Songs Drops Netflix Trailer

Netflix has released the trailer for the Japanese series First Love, already giving us a glimpse of the romantic drama’s heartwrenching moments!

This new Japanese drama is based on Hikaru Utada’s 1999 smash hit song First Love and Hatsukoi released in 2018. First Love is a story that spans three decades: the late ’90s, the 2000s, and the present. It follows two adults as they try to find the missing piece in their lives, retracing the memories of their unforgettable first love.
