Savage is an open-fire restaurant located in Bonifacio Global City, Metro Manila. Done in industrial chic design, this 60-seater restaurant will redefine the experience of the grill. Savage does away with the modern conveniences of the professional kitchen, opting to return to pre-industrial cooking methods using fire, smoke and ash.
In Latin, the word focus means hearth.
At Savage, the hearth is our focus.
It is the heart of what we do and that passion that drives it.
“When it comes to Savage’s menu, sourcing locally, understanding provenance and working with zero waste are not marketing lines. They are our bible, our way of thinking. In the end, the ingredient is king,” says Josh Boutwood, chef of Savage
Chef Josh Boutwood brings the influence of his nomadic culinary education—from the shores of Boracay to the streets of Spain—to every dish that comes out of the Savage kitchen.
