About the Event
Last April 2018, Saint Benilde Romançon Dance Company, the resident dance team of De La Salle - College of Saint Benilde, qualified in the Hip Hop International Philippines 2018 and garnered a spot in the Adult Division to represent the Philippines in the World Hip Hop Dance Championships, happening this August 5-11, 2018 in Phoenix, Arizona, USA.
The 313 is a fundraising and send-off show for Saint Benilde Romançon Dance Company’s participation at the said competition. The show will feature different leagues and eras of rappers, showing the diversity and evolution of rap as years go by. Complimenting this, Romançon, along with teams to be collaborated with, will be performing pieces to songs by these rappers, also showing the evolution of hip hop as a dance and versatile kind of movement at the same time.
The 313 will be held on July 6 and 7, 2018, with 1PM and 7PM shows at the 5th Floor School of Design and Arts Theater, SDA Campus, De La Salle - College of Saint Benilde. Tickets are priced at Php 350 and are open to Benildeans and outsiders.
