It’s a foodie’s dream come true! Never-before tasted dishes are coming to The Grove by Rockwell this June 1 to 3, 2018.
Let’s Eat Pare, the Philippines’ biggest food community, is tying up with The Grove Retail Row’s homegrown chefs and local restaurants to create, serve and satisfy every taste-bud with unique plates for a three-day food fest.
So, are you ready to dig into these crafty concoctions?
You can start things off with this unusual delight—a Hiyashi soba with tuyo and burong manga. Hanamaruken is cooking up this must-try with Salt Kitchen and Gcook. But if you’re someone who dares to jump straight into the hot kitchen, Sunrise Buckets and Hanghang Death by Chill is preparing their own version of Death by Chili Wings.
Looking for something comfortable but crazy? Chef Jessie Grill and Bad Boy Tikboy are teaming up to put a saucy spin on Pork BBQ Spareribs and Chicken Wings. You can also try some spiked Rum Glazed Banana Granola Pancakes from The Garden and Hive Naturals. And you can’t go wrong with this classic: Queso de Bola Spreads from Pi: Breakfast and Pies and Nanay Luisa.
But if your blood’s boiling for something heavy on the belly, Asakusa and Puro: Taba ng Talangka are serving plates of Salmon sashimi and crab meat with crab fat over sushi rice. Then head on over to Bueno and Tommy’s Mushroom Chips from some Truffle Crispy Mushroom Paella. And all that goes perfectly well with a pint of Craft Beers from Backyard and PCK.
Apart from the delicious food coma that awaits you, you can also enjoy live music from Dane Hippolito and Dave Lamar, and several eating and drinking challenges for the bold and brave of stomach.
