GET READY MANILA as Grammy Award nominated artist, Keri Hilson, takes the stage at Cove Manila for an epic comeback!
After a long hiatus, BET and Soul Train Award winner, Keri Hilson, is returning to the spotlight and just in time for the anticipated release of her new album L.I.A.R. (Love Is A Religion) this year.
With a diverse musical style from R&B, Hip-Hop, to Pop, Keri has made hit after hit in just a short amount of time since her breakthrough in 2007 after appearing in Timbaland’s chart topping single, “The Way I Are”. A talented singer, she is also a gifted songwriter having written songs for The Pussycat Dolls, Britney Spears, and Mary J Blige.
In 2009, she released her debut studio album In a Perfect World and it was an instant success having been certified gold by the Recording Industry Association of America and appearing fourth on the US Billboard 200 chart. Containing the hits “Turnin Me On” and “I Like”, Keri earned her two Grammy nominations for Best New Artist and Best Rap/Sung Collaboration for the album’s single, “Knock You Down”.
The following year, her second studio album No Boys Allowed came out and with it the platinum single “Pretty Girl Rock”; a single that reached the 24th spot on Billboard Hot 100 and took the number four spot on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs Chart.
On top of her accomplishments as an artist, she has an extensive list of collaborations with talents like Kanye West, Lil Wayne, and Chris Brown.
