ARSA Presents: Quidditch 2017

Come and join us for two days of fun and friendly competition as our Atenean organizations go head to head for the coveted Quidditch Cup! Get your brooms ready to catch that snitch and bring victory and honor to your team! ARSA Quidditch 2017 will be held from March 25 to March 26, 2017 at the Ocampo Field of the Ateneo de Manila University Campus.

Quidditch is a sport based off the fictional game of the same name from the immensely popular Harry Potter franchise. The sport has been adapted to be feasibly played in the real world, utilizing a mix of elements from dodgeball, rugby and tag, two co-ed teams comprised of seven players each play against each other whilst keeping broomsticks between their legs at all times.

To kick-off this unique sport and opening it up to the rest of the Ateneo community, this Quidditch tournament aims to involve various organizations school-wide to compete against each other to foster team spirit, sportsmanship and strengthen inter-organization bonds in an enjoyable yet magical manner.

Deadline of registration is on March 14, 2017

Already Itching to score some hoops? Go grab your brooms; whether it’s a trusty Nimbus 2000 or the swift Firebolt Supreme, become a chaser, beater, keeper, or seeker and maneuver your team to victory. The trophy is waiting for its first ever winner, along with other goodies. You're all welcome to play and support your team in the first ever ARSA Quidditch Tournament. Prizes include cash, free shirts and ARSAFEST merchandise.
