Agent Wen is assigned to work undercover for a Southeast Asian military arm dealer to find some munitions and to destroy them. When he finally finds the munitions though, he is attacked by unknown gangsters and has to team up with his partner to recover the munitions so as to prevent a disaster from occurring.
