Netflix just shared the official trailer to Hayop Ka! The Nimfa Dimaano Story, directed by Avid Liongoren, whose 2016 MMFF entry Saving Sally is also now streaming on Netflix!

The upcoming animation centers on a pretty pusscat named Nimfa Dimaano (Angelica Panganiban), a perfume sales kitty at a department store. Nimfa’s boyfriend is Roger (Robin Padilla), a macho mongrel who works as a janitor. She then meets Iñigo Villanueva (Sam Milby), a bourgeoisie business dog and their chemistry ignites. Will Nimfa and Roger’s love for DVDs and cheap street food keep them together? Or will Iñigo’s high society charms tear them apart?

Hayop Ka! The Nimfa Dimaano Story premieres on Netflix on October 29.
