My Son

Premieres June 4

Written and directed by Christian Carion, it is an English-language remake of his 2017 French film Mon garçon. It follows Edmond Murray who receives a call from his ex-wife, in tears, bearing news that their seven-year-old son has gone missing from a campsite. Soon, it becomes clear that their child has been kidnapped and the parents give way to despair. It stars Marc Butan, Christian Carion, Brahim Chiou, Laure Irrman, Vincent Maraval, and Rebecca O’Brien.

Irma Vep

Premieres June 7

Directed by René Vidal, it centers on Mira who is an American movie star disillusioned by her career and a recent breakup. She comes to France to star as Irma Vep, a remake of the French silent film classic “Les Vampires.” It stars Alicia Vikander, Byron Bowers, and Tom Sturridge.

Hitman’s Wife’s Bodyguard

Directed by Patrick Hughes, it is a sequel to the 2017 film The Hitman’s Bodyguard. In the film, suspended bodyguard Michael Bryce must once again team up with hitman Darius Kincaid and his wife to stop madman from launching a terror attack on Europe. It stars Ryan Reynolds, Samuel L. Jackson, Salma Hayek, Frank Grillo, Richard E. Grant, Antonio Banderas, and Morgan Freeman.

Stillwater

Premieres June 18

Written and directed by Tom McCarthy, the film follows an unemployed oil-rig worker from Oklahoma who sets out with a French woman to prove his convicted daughter’s innocence. It stars Matt Damon, Camille Cottin, and Abigail Breslin.

Old

Premieres June 25

Directed by M. Night Shyamalan, it is based on the French-language Swiss graphic novel Sandcastle by Pierre Oscar Levy and Frederik Peeters. The film follows a group of people who find themselves aging rapidly on a secluded beach. It stars Gael Garcia Bernal, Vicky Krieps, Rufus Sewell, Alex Wolff, and more.

Westworld 4

Premieres June 27

The fourth season of Westworld, it is described as a dark odyssey about the fate of sentient life on Earth. It stars Evan Rachel Wood, Thandiwe Newton, Jeffrey Wright, Tessa Thompson, and more.
