A supervillain has dedicated his life to destroying his eternal nemesis. Much to his surprise, he actually succeeds. Left without a hero to fight, the villain becomes bored and turns an unsuspecting human into a new hero to fight. But this new hero has no compulsion to do good, and the villain is forced to try and save the world.
