It is not all about happiness, it cannot heal or help us in time of sorrow - not all the time. Sometimes, that sadness, and negative emotion that we are so afraid to feel, is actually the perfect answer to lift our soul up again. Tears are healthy if it means acceptance - seriously.
We are given various types of emotions in order for us to know the true meaning of this called life. happiness, sadness, anger, disgust, fear are just some of them. These are the real ingredients of life that will mold our true self. I know that life can really be hard at times, but, we must never be afraid to face those unfortunate events, instead we should learn how to go beyond and see whats the hidden message - because there will always be one included. We need to learn how to navigate even the most unwanted kind of feeling, and let it be our guide in finding the key that will unlock the next phase, which will eventually lead us to something more greater... our true purpose.
