The Happiness Program

During the 3-day program, participants can expect to learn Yogic breathing techniques including Sudarshan Kriya, which reduces stress and raises energy; bringing one back to a clear and positive state of mind. The program educates attendees on the medically-backed science behind the techniques and how they can sustain higher levels of optimism, stronger immunity and improved emotional regulation.

Apart from breathwork and mind management skills, participants will be guided into meditation and they will also learn easy yoga poses that can be incorporated into a daily routine in order to achieve greater health, focus, and relaxation – helping them unlock the beauty and happiness within. No prior experience in yoga or meditation is required.
