The Farm

Acclaimed by CNN as “life changing” and by Harvard Medical School’s Health Publication to “show promise in providing relief for depression,” The Happiness Program is arguably one of the most influential holistic health movements in the world.

The Washington Post has described it to be “like fresh air to millions” while Yoga Journal has dubbed that it “may be the fastest-growing spiritual practice on the planet.”

The Happiness Program

During the 3-day program, participants can expect to learn Yogic breathing techniques including Sudarshan Kriya, which reduces stress and raises energy; bringing one back to a clear and positive state of mind. The program educates attendees on the medically-backed science behind the techniques and how they can sustain higher levels of optimism, stronger immunity and improved emotional regulation.

Life guiding principles taught during the course help participants to understand the nature of the mind – giving them a broader vision of life; removing the bothersome effects of daily challenges such as frustration, impatience, anxiety and worry.

Apart from breathwork and mind management skills, participants will be guided into meditation and they will also learn easy yoga poses that can be incorporated into a daily routine in order to achieve greater health, focus, and relaxation – helping them unlock the beauty and happiness within. No prior experience in yoga or meditation is required.
