In the last quarter of 1993, Golden Pizza Inc. conceptualized a western type of bar and restaurant that would offer live bands, cold beer and good food. This concept was named Cowboy Grill.
In a span of six(6) months due to impressive public acceptance / support, Cowboy Grill Malate opened in November 1994.
