Shawa Wama

Following original ventures that have presented Filipino, Japanese, and American staples in different ways, The Moment Group launches its newest concept inspired by the exotic diverse tastes at the center of the world. Introducing Shawa Wama, a locally thought-out brand that spotlights the flavors rooted in countries east of the Mediterranean sea. In line with TMG’s penchant for diversifying elements of various cuisines, Shawa Wama presents its own take on the flavors of Israel, Lebanon, and Turkey, through eastern Mediterranean street food fare. Located at the ground floor of Power Plant Mall, and served dominantly over the counter, dishes here are cobbled together as get ’em and go food.
