The restaurant's name was coined from the name of “Andria,” with the name “Taste” to represent “food.” With this name, the family also recognized the miracle that God has done for Andria and the faithfulness of God in the whole Esplana clan.
In May 30, 2006, the restaurant was opened. Its first month was full of memories. Some foreign nationals (as the place is located in the historic Intramuros Walls and the Bureau of Immigration), and Filipinos have tried to visit the newly established restaurant. New customers found that it is worth visiting and enjoyable for a new dining experience in a contemporary ambiance. It also serves as an alternative gimmick place for students, professionals, government employees and business people.
Andria's Taste Restaurant aims to serve sumptuous and affordable dishes. We desire to improve fusions of traditional spices and international popular tastes. Moreover, the combination of historical yet contemporary ambiance is equipped with the latest technologies for our valued guests.
