Heads up, Panda Express fans! the well-loved American Chinese fast-casual restaurant jas finally launched their Mongolian Pork last Sunday! This is the brand’s first pork entrée on the Philippine menu.
Mongolian Pork is traditionally made with stir-fried pork with white and green onions. Panda Express made it more “uniquely American Chinese” by adding in bell peppers and mushrooms. They then toss the ingredients in a wok, bringing out the “Wok Hei” or “Breath of the Wok” that gives the dish the smoky and umami flavor everyone’s sure to love.
Foodies can best enjoy this dish with Panda Express’ Orange Chicken — their signature dish — as well as their Honey Walnut Shrimp, and Chow Main — a stir-fried noodle dish.
Mongolian Pork is now available for dine-in and take-out at Panda Express stores in SM Megamall and SM North EDSA. It’s also available for delivery via GrabFood and foodpanda.
