A restaurant fit for the adventurous foodies out there who always want something new to try, Persephone – A Seasonal Kitchen in Bel-Air Makati has just opened to serve you a different yet equally filling dish for every time you visit!
Named after the Greek goddess of spring, the queen of the underworld, and the reason for shift in seasons (according to myths, at least!), the owners of the restaurant decided to name their place “Persephone” because their menu changes every now and then!
For their first run, their dishes are largely inspired by Filipino, Korean, and Japanese cuisines. They're also willing to customize your food depending on your taste, so if you have any allergies or personal preferences, better tell them ahead of time.
