Ninak derives its name from the main food staple of the Filipinos, kanin (rice), spelled backwards. Most of Ninak's menu features rice meals that offer a unique bent to familiar Asian dishes. The viands retain their authenticity by being freshly cooked and served carefully on a selected receptacle.
