Leica Store Manila presents Leica Conversations with Conceiçao Praun presenting “Through Her Lense” on 14 March 2020, 2PM at Leica Store at Greenbelt 5, Makati.
In “Through Her Lense” Praun will present photographs of her recent trip in Southeast Asia as well as, images from the trips she has taken since 1995 in the different continents around the world. She will be sharing her observations from a perspective of a woman, her encounters with these cultures and fascination with emerging societies and other highlights of her travels. In the past year, she visited countries in southeast asia and is now in Manila.
Conceiçao Praun is from Northern Brazilian but has explored the world beyond. Since 1995, she has visited countries Europe, Africa, Asia and Oceana. Her interactions with these cultures has given her rich insight into the many cultures around the world, fascinated by the differences and the similarities and captivated by the eduring uniqueness of each individual that will always elude complete understanding. “Through Her Lense” is a retrospective of this journey.
