About the Event
This March, the UP Association for Chemistry Majors and Enthusiasts is having their ACME Month, the organization’s 20th Anniversary Celebration, with the theme, “20/20: Same Vision, Different Perspectives”.
Our major activities in-line for ACME Week are (1) Pati-CHEM, a food eating contest open to all students of the university, (2) Kimikain, a mini salu-salo for the students, faculty, and staff of the Institute of Chemistry, (3) Kara-O-Chem, a mini quiz bee featuring songs related to chemistry, (4) Chem Fair, a Chemistry Fair showcasing magic tricks, experiments and others, (5) Lab-ah, a free-for-all laboratory gown washing, (6) Akapnayan, the organization's annual charity event, and (7) the Grand
ACMEet, a small get –together for current members and alumni of the organization. UP ACME hopes to see you celebrate with them this month.
