This 2-day workshop is designed to provide the participant a practical framework (StrateM system) involving Strategic Planning and measurement.
The workshop begins with a 2-hour, 120 question assessment that will allow participants to gauge themselves on their know-how of strategic Management. The workshop also includes a methodology for a systematic analysis of the organization needed to launch an effective strategic planning effort.
The unique aspect of this workshop is that it combines Strategic Planning with KPI design and business process improvement framework to ensure proper and effective monitoring and successful implementation in the execution phase. Participants will also gain valuable tips and preparation towards being a strategy planning certified professional. This 2-day workshop will utilize various interactive exercises, games and activities to allow participants to experience hands on application of strategic planning.
