Atlantis Musical Theater Workshop

Atlantis Theatrical Entertainment Group has staged top-notch productions from Broadway and the West End. Over the years, it has produced over 40 of the best musicals seen in the local theater landscape, including the international premiere of Fun Home starring Tony Award winner Lea Salonga and Eric Kunze, Jersey Boys, the international premiere of The Bridges of Madison County with Joanna Ampil and MiG Ayesa, the New International Touring Production of Saturday Night Fever, Rock Of Ages with MiG Ayesa and Ghost The Musical. Among the most recent and biggest titles staged are family-oriented musicals such as Shrek The Musical, The Asian premiere of Disney’s The Little Mermaid which started the the musical theater career of Rachelle Ann Go and Disney’s Aladdin: A New Musical.

For the first time ever, Atlantis extends its commitment to spread the love of theater by reaching out to aspiring performers through a workshop series like no other -- The Atlantis Musical Theater Workshop!

Let your children experience musical theater like they never experienced it before by making them join the Atlantis Musical Theater Workshop. Be mentored by some of the best stage actors of this generation with Atlantis veterans Steven Conde, Mikkie Bradshaw-Volante, Nel Gomez and Bibo Reyes spearheading each class to take your child through the rudiments of acting, singing and dancing for musical theater. Your child may also get the chance to share the stage and rehearse with some of Philippine Theatre’s most sought after performers!

Atlantis Musical Theater Workshop 2017 offers 2 classes:

1. Musical Theater for Teens (13-18 years old) 9:00 am-12:00 noon

2. Musical Theater for Kids (7-12 years old) 1:00 pm- 4:00 pm

Classes will be held from Mondays through Fridays at The Philippine Opera Haus, 3657 Bautista Street, Makati starting on April 24 and will culminate with recitals at the Globe Auditorium, Maybank Performing Arts Theater, 26th Street corner 9th Avenue, Bonifacio Global City on May 20 at 6:30 pm.
