About the Event
Design Thinking is a one-day workshop that aims to equip high school students with the skills needed to tackle real-world problems with efficiency, creativity and empathy.
The goal of the workshop is for the students to:
- Know how to be open-minded
- Be able to see opportunities
- Be better at solving problems
- Enjoy making decisions
- Find it easier to be creative
- Be able to take advantage of changes in circumstances
- Get things done
- Develop leadership skills
- Own the skill of setting goals more clearly
- Think more efficiently and worry less
- Own the general transferable skill of thinking
- Raise the level of awareness and effectiveness
- See information in a new and more useful ways
Workshop is free of charge. Pre-registration is required.
The workshop will be held at the Ortigas Foundation Library in Pasig City on April 22 and May 13, at 9am to 4pm.
