It gets better with a healthy salad of thinly sliced strawberries tapas, local white cheese, roasted chicken, organic micro greens and strawberry hibiscus vinaigrette. For main entrée, feel love-struck with the sous vide herbed salmon with strawberry-dill cream beurre blanc.
