Saw "Birds of Prey: And the Fantabulous Emancipation of One Harley Quinn" (whew!) last night and surprisingly I liked it better than the Suicide Squad. This is actually the first of 3 movies this year featuring a female lead from a comic book by a female director (Hello, Wonder Woman and Black Widow!). The spin-off had a stylized psychedelic visuals as cool and colorful as Harley's lunatic lifestyle and Margot Robbie gave a 100% fantabulous performance. Looks like she had a lot of fun doin' this especially on that Police Station and Amusement Mile sequences. Medyo nakulangan lang ako kay Black Mask as the main villain and the other supporting cast. And that "Canary Cry" was just so lame. There's no post-credit scene after staying too long, but an actual voice-over from Harley herself. Pero syempre di ko na sasabihin kung ano yun. Hahah!
