ABS-CBN has announced yesterday that iWant will be merging with TFC (The Filipino Channel). Because of this, iWant’s official app and website will no longer be available starting September 1 to make way for the new iWant TFC which will be accessible worldwide.

According to a post on iWant’s Instagram page, people can start accessing iWant TFC starting September 1. Users with free or basic accounts would have to create a new account in the new platform. Existing premium users, however, only need to log-in using their current iWant account details (email or mobile number).
iWant is an online platform established in 2018 to give Filipinos a platform where they can watch their favorite ABS-CBN films and shows online whenever and wherever they want.
TFC (The Filipino Channel), on the other hand, is ABS-CBN’s global subscription network. The service, which has satellite, web, and mobile services, caters to Filipinos overseas.
