Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson, Rupert Grint, and more stars of the famous film franchise Harry Potter are having a reunion on HBO Max’s Harry Potter 20th Anniversary: Return to Hogwarts!
Celebrating the two decades since J.K. Rowling’s popular book series first brought its magic to the big screen, Return to Hogwarts will gather the three wizards together with their friends and iconic nemeses, including actors Tom Felton, Ralph Fiennes, Helena Bonham Carter, Gary Oldman, James and Oliver Phelps, and so much more!
The people behind the films, producer David Heyman and filmmakers Chris Columbus, Alfonso Cuarón, Mike Newell, and David Yates are also part of the big reunion! Check out the official trailer for Return to Hogwarts below:
Based on J.K. Rowling’s hit book series of the same name, Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone which kicked off the whole franchise follows the eponymous young boy who lives a dismal life with his aunt, uncle, and cousin. One day, a hulking man named Rubeus Hagrid visits Harry and tells him that he’s a wizard. Hagrid then escorts him to Hogwarts, a boarding school for wizards, where he meets new friends who will help him find out the truth behind his parents’ deaths and join him in his journey to defeat the evil wizard known as Voldemort.
Harry Potter 20th Anniversary: Return to Hogwarts will stream on HBO Max, and via HBO GO here in the Philippines, on January 1, 2022.
