Celebrities dish out delectable meals in the all-new season of Jamie and Jimmy’s Food Fight Club on TLC

Jamie Oliver and Jimmy Doherty make it their mission to recreate special dishes that hold amazing memories for their guest celebrities in the sixth season of Jamie and Jimmy’s Food Fight Club.

The artistic and fabulous life of celebrities and performers gives them access to a world of unique experiences and finds from iconic stores and cultural spots to gastronomic sensations. Jamie Oliver and Jimmy Doherty make it their mission to recreate special dishes that hold amazing memories for their guest celebrities in the sixth season of Jamie and Jimmy’s Food Fight Club. Once again, the childhood friends take on a host of diners and celebrity guests in their iconic café at the Southend pier.

Food Fight Club 1

This season, twelve celebrities get the cooking lesson of a lifetime—remarkable celebrity guests such as Joanna Lumley, Sarah Millican, and Simon Pegg are put under pressure to learn a recipe that they must make for all the diners in the cafe. Mark Hamill uses the Force to make his Yorkshire puddings rise, whilst Craig David takes Jamie’s instructions to “show a bit of love to his ingredients” seriously by singing to them! 

Delicious food remains at the top of the menu as the boys track down the recipes that mean the most to their celebrity guests from their respective experiences. Jamie also shares his culinary skills to teach them how to recreate these special and delectable dishes that span the globe.

Food, however, isn’t the only focus of the season— Jamie and Jimmy also tackle issues that are important to them as they head out on the road, campaigning on behalf of the nation to get Britain eating better.  These matters include a variety of topics such as the effect of energy drinks on under-16s, the mountain of food waste helping those who are going hungry, and many more.  Jimmy also puts his DIY skills to good use, using his inventions to help members of the public solve their catering dilemmas. From making a bespoke communal BBQ for a wheelchair rugby team to creating a vertical veg garden for a fourth floor city apartment, Jimmy has a build that can help.
