In case you missed it, the GMA Network Inc. has launched their own Digital Terrestrial Television (DTT) receiver called the GMA Affordabox! And it is now available for a one-time payment of P888 online and in stores nationwide.
The launch of the Affordabox is also in celebration of the network’s 70th anniversary. According to a report from GMA News, the device will give users up to 50 free-to-air digital TV channels, depending on their location. It also gives viewers high-definition access to GMA, GMA News TV, and the highly-anticipated Heart Of Asia channel.
The Affordabox also has some additional features, including a personal video recorder which allows users to record their favorite Kapuso shows on GMA, GMA News, and Heart of Asia.
