Along with its unveiling, OPPO also introduced its newest brand ambassadors consisting of artists and creatives of different fields, the Reno Collective. These artists include fashion-forward sibling duo Daryl and Andre Chang, film director Treb Monteras, contemporary artist Dex Fernandez, photographer Magic Liwanag, and band IV of Spades.

The Reno Collective

It is only fitting for OPPO to gather up creatives for their new flagship line, as the phones aim to "Further Your Vision" with its astounding specifications.

The regular Oppo Reno smartphone sports a 6.4-inch (2340×1080 resolution) AMOLED display while its 10x Zoom edition has a 6.6-inch (2340×1080 resolution) AMOLED display.

10x Zoom

The Oppo Reno has 48MP plus 5MP PDAF cameras on its rear and 16MP front camera with beauty function.

The Oppo Reno 10x Zoom is equipped with a 16MP front camera and the 10x Zoom tri-lens on its rear that combines a 48MP ultra-clear main camera, 13MP telephoto lens, and an 8MP wide-angle lens to provide a total bandwidth of 16-160mm. Its 10x hybrid zoom and 60x digital zoom features are the first of its kind in the smartphone industry. It is also supported by a dual OIS to ensure stability even when fully-zoomed.

The Reno 10x Zoom is even accompanied with Audio 3D and Audio Zoom that can capture rich and true-to-life audio output.

Ultra Night Mode

Even the night cannot limit the creativity and artistry with these handheld tools. The Reno series' Sony IMX 586 48MP ultra-clear cameras combine ultra-large sensors and aperture with MFNR and HDR software algorithms that allow the users to capture high-detail photos in low light and protects the subject from over-exposure.

The new AI portrait optimization for night photography also has a background and foreground recognition that can keep the subject's skin tone natural-looking in the photo.

The 10x Zoom is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 chipset and 8GB of RAM while the regular Reno has a Snapdragon 710 chipset and 6GB of RAM. Both are equipped with 256GB ROM.

The batteries of the regular Reno (3765mAh) and 10x Zoom Edition (4065mAh) are also accompanied with the VOOC 3.0 feature that provides a low-voltage fast charging while streaming or playing games, without the excess heat or limiting performance.

The OPPO Reno and OPPO Reno 10x Zoom are available in Jet Black and Ocean Green colors.

The OPPO Reno is priced P26,990 while the OPPO Reno 10x Zoom is priced P45,990.
