Chef Edward’s love for collecting toys and engaging in as many sports activities as he can even if his body vehemently says no can only be matched by his entrepreneurial spirit in the F&B industry. Aside from being co-owner and executive chef to a plethora of restaurants scattered across the metro, he is also the head of the F&B division of a private equity group that seeks to expand restaurant brands and bring them abroad.
