People who give this movie 5 star despite it's flaws are just plain fanboys or just people who like everything they watch. To be honest, this is just one of those average superhero movies where it's not good yet it's not totally bad. The movie is a mess, slow and has poor character development. All you will like in this movie are the flashy fight scenes and even that, most of them feels off and uninspiring because of poor character and storytelling. As a first female-led Marvel movie, this is less exciting than DC's Wonder Woman despite it's hype and expectations. Avengers: Infinity War was fun becuase it had many characters but the story was short and straight forward. Captain Marvel feels the same but is less fun despite the humor and forced jokes all the Marvel fans like to watch. Still, this is a movie to watch but I would rather recommend watching How to Train Your Dragon on cinemas. I just hope Avengers: Endgame tops this movie because this doesnt make it to be the flagship of Marvel.
