Banks' directorial debut is truly a valiant effort. But her direction is weak, and it should just be left to the pros. I think she's a great actor though, so she should just stick to that. Much of this movie's shortcomings were saved by the hilarity of the amped up jokes, which were often sarcastic and racist yet intelligent, as compared to the first movie. However, story-wise, I'd say the first movie has more meat in its bones. This second movie, as with most sequels, is clichéd and forced at best. 3 stars. I fell in love with the first movie at first watch. This one, I just laughed my ass off all throughout, because it was that funny. The funny is enough to overlook the bad. - iamnotfrodo
