Dean-Charles Chapman (born 7 September 1997) is an English actor of theatre, film, and television.

Chapman is arguably most well known for his portrayal of the protagonist, Billy, in Billy Elliot the Musical, and his role as Tommen Baratheon in the fourth and fifth seasons of the hit HBO television show Game of Thrones.
