Synopsis
Suzume, 17, lost her mother as a little girl. On her way to school, she meets a mysterious young man. But her curiosity unleashes a calamity that endangers the entire population of Japan, and so Suzume embarks on a journey to set things right.

Suzume, while having similar themes with its prior films (Your Name and WWY)provides a different depth of emotion as it adds other elements in the story such as familial love and coping with real-life trauma
Must watch! This film displays Shinkai's ability in making emotions tangible and take form

This movie is very amazing and elegant. This deserves an oscar. The characters and the plot was immaculate. Very well written. I wish i could watch it for the first time again. We need more movies like this
