I was surprised by Love, Simon's humor and poignancy. It's smartly-written, well-directed, and a brilliantly crafted teen drama about a closeted gay who's struggling when and how to come out. You don't have to be gay to find yourself touched by its overall message. And that scene when Simon and his mom have a deep conversation is EVERYTHING!
