The restaurant recently opened at the Magsaysay Center for Hospitality and Culinary Arts (MIHCA) Campus in Makati serves as an avenue to conduct training for students of both Culinary and Hospitality programs. It is here that students are exposed to the rigors of the kitchen industry via the Restaurant Operations module of the program while under the supervision of highly skilled instructors.
Behind the bright minds of Chef Mike Navarra and Chef Mia Yan, with valuable inputs from Chef Jomar Medrano, Illumine Makati features continental inspired dishes ranging from all-day breakfast treats to Mediterranean inspired appetizers. A selection of desserts and pastries, inspired by MIHCA’s own Baking and Pastry Arts instructors, are also available to satisfy any sweet-tooth’s cravings.
To complete the experience, diners are treated to a comfortable ambiance filled with good music and excellent service to compliment the first-rate meal.
The restaurant also doubles as a function hall for private dining and various corporate activities.
