About

Fresh and simple Filipino flavors. The makers of Museum Cafe bring you a new Filipino Bistro just right next door. Explore the Philippines through your palate with dishes from different parts of the archipelago.

The menu harmoniously puts together local favorites that are good for pairing and sharing - just how Filipino families like it. Expect nothing less than a selection that is straightforward, locally sourced and outright Filipino.

Authenticity is expressed in Kabila’s choice of beverage, food and desserts. The Frozen Native Iced Tea selection alone includes duhat, dalandan, green mango, lychee and guava; all of which are endemic to the tropical flora. Your favorite Gin Pom Pi (Gin Po’s brother), Juicy Fruit Mojito and Libre Me (Kabila’s Cuba Libre) among others successfully put across what Filipino tagayan is all about.

Shrimp Ukoy, Southern Style “Sinuglaw”, “M”panada and other starters are complimented with their native sauces. Note though that dishes are great to share family-style. Dine as a close-knit Filipino family and enjoy Kabila’s Pork Bagnet, “Chavacano Style” River Prawns in Crab Fat, Lola Ata’s U.S. Beef Pepper Sinigang and Lengua Estofada among the bistro’s must-tries.
