Hillside Cafe & Juice Bar

Hillside Cafe & Juice Bar is the newest healthy spot in the Timog & Tomas Morato Area, serving fresh organic food and drinks.

Located inside urban plant farm Cedarhills Garden Center, Hillside opened last January 2015 in the Mother Ignacia Avenue “health street”, providing fresh and calming respite in metropolitan Quezon City with its lush surrounding greenery.

Headed by Ms. Noelle Hilario of lifestyle brand Flow Retreats, the cafe and juice bar is known for its air-fried organic Roast Chicken and fresh heirloom and whole peeled Tomato & Herb Pasta. Hillside is also a favorite among health and fitness enthusiasts, offering superfoods smoothie Banana Almond Blast, a potassium-packed drink with almond milk and butter, and cold-pressed detox juice Clean & Green, an alkalizer with kale, pineapple, cucumber, celery and ginger.

This July, top chef Niño Laus of Ninyo Fusion Cuisine & Wine Lounge upgrades the Hillside Menu, with the addition of early favorites Chicken Parmigiana on zucchini pasta, oat and rye-crusted Smoked Local Halibut, and pan-seared grass-fed Hanging Tender Steak. Chef Niño’s six new items will be launched this month, and six more in October 2015.

With works from renowned potters Lanelle Abueva and Ugu Bigyan, and designs from artist Alessandra Lanot, the 34-seater cafe and juice bar is open 1130am-9pm daily in 57 Mother Ignacia Ave. QC, beside St. Mary’s College.
