One of these street-side specialties include the bún thịt nướng chả giò. This dish is cold vermicelli noodles in a bowl with an assortment of toppings. There’s fresh vegetables and herbs, chicken or pork, fried spring rolls, and garnishes. It comes with a light, sweet-salty nước mam fish sauce, which you use as dipping sauce for your assorted toppings.
