Start Strong with Appetizers:
Before anything else, check out their wide selection of fresh salad. Create your own salad, choose from the number of toppings and toss it all together with the classic and unique dressings for something refreshing. Move on to the charcuterie which has a selection of cold cuts and cheese – the hors d'oeuvres are all light and aren't too overwhelming for your tastebuds which makes for a good starter.
Must Not Miss:
Among all the buffet restaurants we've visited, Escolta is our favorite when it comes to their sashimis. We're not kidding when we say they serve the freshest salmon sashimis we've had. It's soft, buttery and melts in your mouth – just like how it should be. They also have an interesting selection of sushi and rolls which changes daily, offering classic and unique rolls you can grab your chopsticks with.

Escolta's signature dishes are not your average buffet dishes and this is why you have to check it out. These are prepared every day using fresh ingredients and they change up the selection daily so you're sure you won't get tired of the offerings just in case you get to visit two days in a row. Our favorite tip in buffets? Make room for sweets because these are also must-tries in buffet restaurants. Escolta has a few Filipino-inspired desserts like the Ube Leche Flan Cake, Mango Float, Pineapple and Macapuno Tart, Ube Cheesecake and more. They also have a good selection of fresh fruits and ice cream flavors like the classic ube, chocolate and vanilla.
